Trumpet has helped Hubble streamline the onboarding process for our newest customers, allowing us to share multiple decks, documents, onboarding videos and other relevant content all in one place. Our customers get to value quicker, and our onboarding team are able to oversee and retrospectively control the content available to their accounts.
Trumpet is so easy to use, yet such a powerful tool during my implementations as a Customer Success Manager. It keeps all information in one place for my clients and I update it with our meeting notes and recordings. It has made our onboarding process so smooth and our users love it.
It's easy to set up Pods for a wide variety of clients. The built in Widgets and tools are really flexible and easily adaptable for various use cases and the support in developing a range of templates was invaluable. Trumpet Pods have been really helpful to engaging clients in action plans and deliver clear, direct messaging.
The Pods have really allowed us to build out customer journeys for our clients and onboard our customers via one simple link. We have been able to promote additional products and services and more importantly track all interactions in one place.
