I do like the templates. I like that it’s pretty easy that after a customer call, I can spin off a new microsite for a net-new customer or prospect, and that comes off as a very low lift for me, while also getting this over to the client in a very quick timeline so that it stays fresh. I really like that Trumpet gives me insights into what the customer is thinking. What are they navigating to? What are they most interested in? What landing pages are they viewing the most? How frequently are they accessing it? Those insights are really helpful for me as a seller to understand where their heads are at, or at least get a sneak peek into where their heads are at when we aren’t talking or communicating online as frequently. I use Trumpet to keep deals alive, engage customers, and understand buyer intent. It helps me inform customers about our processes and tools, consolidate conversations, and identify key stakeholders while saving time with templates and microsites.
