Super easy to use to gather action items for me and my clients in one space and to assign to the client as a to do list. As well as bring more ideas for them to look into in their own time and other modules that they could add on too. I use trumpet daily for managing my clients, projects and quickly create Pods for multiple users in a short space of time.

It is really powerful when you bring it up at the start of a call to set upfront contracts with next steps and directing people to specific meeting recordings from the past. The integrations to Outreach and other tools are great, along with being able to see live when someone is on the Pod and tracking their movement so you can work with them on it, make it even better.
Trumpet has been a game changer for my sales process. I have used tools like Journey, but it allows a collaborative space where I can get multithreaded on my deals and also acts as a "step up" for customer experience, when they receive a custom microsite just for them post demo vs just an email. It has been very easy to use and I use it frequently on almost every deal.

It also provides customers the freedom to share our workspace with other stakeholders internally without the need to forward multiple email threads/disparate information from multiple sources.

We’ll definitely be using trumpet for all our events going forward – Having that centralised Pod where I can just plug everyone into one place is really ideal. Speakers have loved using trumpet, they're used to a lot more rigmarole with back and forth emails, but this is so streamlined for them.
I'm pretty hooked on trumpet. Every qualified prospect gets a Pod after each discovery call, and my team stays in there throughout the sales cycle. Punch! uses Pods to stay in sync with our prospects, highlight next steps, keep an eye on where they’re at with clear due dates, and basically keep everyone on track.
Trumpet helps me keep a temperature on conversations that are happening when I'm not in the room. If there's no movement, we know that the conversations that we'd want to happen are not happening. Being able to monitor that is excellent.
Buyers are spending less and less time with AEs so having a tool that can incorporate and equip prospects with everything they need to make a decision is a game changer.
