I use trumpet every day, and I find it very easy to use. It lets me create custom experiences for my prospects within seconds. It lets me consolidate all relevant information into a single, central hub, making it simple to monitor engagement with my content. This setup also allows me to analyse interactions in depth and follow up in a more customised way.



I’m really impressed by how much customization and personalization this offers. It’s extremely helpful when there are changes in roles or when new team members join a deal, and the ability to message prospects directly with information is essential. This tool is saving me time on deals and addressing pain points by keeping everything organized in one place, and I’ve seen C-level and VP-level executives sharing these deal rooms across their organizations, which makes your sales organization appear extremely professional and well-organized, especially for high-priced offerings.



This platform makes it simple to keep all the information you want your prospect to access throughout the sales process in one convenient place. This tool is useful because it eliminates the need to send multiple documents to prospects, making it easier to keep all the information centralized.



It's very easy to use once you build a Template or Pod. Building a room can be done in as little as 15 minutes. The integrations are great and it's very user-friendly, and their support team is very helpful too. Trumpet solves for me having to avoid sending multiple emails throughout a sales cycle and having prospects lose items I send them. Every Gong recording, asset, case study, etc. is stored in trumpet, and it has also allowed me to track interest in a cycle and uncover new contacts.

The engagement score helps prioritize deals likely to close, improving efficiency and organization while strengthening client relationships.
