The flexibility to add any type of content widget on the fly empowers our reps to build personalised Pods in minutes, and the analytics give us valuable insights into which parts of our content are resonating most with prospects and where engagement is strongest. trumpet gives us a centralized collaboration space where prospects can access everything they need in one place, and the buyer engagement data helps our AEs prioritize their time and have more strategic conversations instead of chasing down unresponsive leads.

The ability to track the activity on proposals and how easy it is for prospects to add all stakeholders involved in the decision-making process makes trumpet so much easier and more professional than traditional PDF proposals. The size of organisations I speak to often means multiple people are involved, and it is not always easy to speak directly to decision makers, so the ability to share proposals with all stakeholders and track activity supports more accurate forecasting.
Trumpet provides value during the mid-funnel and active evaluation phases. Once a prospect is engaged, being able to build a customized workspace allows them to better visualize our solution, which helps advance deals. These workspaces make the experience feel more consultative and tailored, and I’ve noticed this approach supports momentum and helps align stakeholders.
Great software. What I like best is the engagement insights and ease of creating. The biggest benefit is aligning with customers later in the sales cycle. Keeping momentum in deals.
I love that trumpet Pods essentially act as a microsite for my prospects — it allows them to dig into relevant information without getting lost or overwhelmed on our website. I also love that I can track and see behavior, so I can zone in on what prospects are interested in and engaging with in my future communications. A great place to store all relevant information for clients and a single spot for sharing information with the client.

It's a great way to feed information to your prospects over the course of a sales cycle, rather than sending numerous emails with multiple attachments and PDFs that become outdated as soon as you've sent them. By far the best feature is the insights you gain about the level of engagement your prospect has with the pod, allowing you to address any drop in engagement promptly.
Trumpet helps do the selling when you're not in the room! It helps me to multithread stakeholders aligning our solution with their needs, challenges and objectives.

It’s an extremely helpful prospecting tool (for both cold and warm leads). Personalising Pods for individual companies is especially useful, as is the ability to create Pod templates to reuse for future prospects. I really like the Podboard, which tracks activity on my Pods and is a useful reporting tool. I would highly recommend trumpet to any business as a prospecting tool.
Trumpet has honestly changed the way I prospect and follow up from outbound to close. It makes me feel confident in my follow-up and enhances my presenting skills.
I've never seen such excitement internally for a new tool. We’ll definitely be using trumpet for all our events going forward – Having that centralised Pod where I can just plug everyone into one place is really ideal. Speakers have loved using trumpet, they're used to a lot more rigmarole with back and forth emails, but this is so streamlined for them.
I'm pretty hooked on trumpet. Every qualified prospect gets a Pod after each discovery call, and my team stays in there throughout the sales cycle. Punch! uses Pods to stay in sync with our prospects, highlight next steps, keep an eye on where they’re at with clear due dates, and basically keep everyone on track.
Trumpet helps me keep a temperature on conversations that are happening when I'm not in the room. If there's no movement, we know that the conversations that we'd want to happen are not happening. Being able to monitor that is excellent.
One of my favourite things about trumpet is that I'm able to track buyer engagement in Pods. I'm seeing ‘who’ they're sharing with. I can then contact their colleagues who we may have more luck with.
