Overview

The Notion integration brings the knowledge your team keeps in Notion into your Pods. Copilot can find a Notion doc, summarise it and turn it into buyer-ready content, and you can embed Notion pages, such as onboarding plans or project boards, for buyers to see.

In trumpet

Ask Copilot about your Notion docs

Copilot can find an internal doc in Notion, summarise it and drop it into a Pod as a widget, without you leaving trumpet. Combine it with CRM data or call notes in the same prompt.

Embed Notion pages in Pods

Add a public Notion page to a Pod, such as an onboarding plan, a project board or product documentation, so buyers have everything in one place.

What syncs

  • Notion content pulled in by Copilot when you ask for it
  • Public Notion pages shown live in a Pod
  • Nothing written back to Notion

Before you start

  • A Notion account with access to the docs you want to use.
  • To embed a page, the Notion page needs to be shared publicly.

Set up

  1. In trumpet, connect Notion to Copilot with your Notion login.
  2. In Copilot, add Notion to your request and ask for what you need.
  3. To embed a page, copy its public link in Notion and paste it into an embed widget in your Pod.
