Overview

The PandaDoc integration embeds your PandaDoc documents in a Pod. Buyers read the proposal or contract alongside everything else in the deal, sign it in the Pod, and get their copy straight away.

PandaDoc widget

Paste your PandaDoc signer link into the PandaDoc widget and the document appears in the Pod.

Buyers sign inside the Pod

The buyer clicks Start Signing, signs in the Pod, and can download a PDF of the signed document.

In PandaDoc

Your documents stay in PandaDoc

The document is created and managed in PandaDoc as usual. You get an email from PandaDoc when it's signed.

What syncs

  • Your PandaDoc signer link, shown as a live document in the Pod
  • Signing happens in the Pod, with a PDF copy for the buyer

Before you start

  • A PandaDoc account and a document ready to send.
  • No separate account connection is needed in trumpet.

Set up

  1. In PandaDoc, choose Send, then Share via link, and copy the signer link.
  2. In the Pod editor, add the PandaDoc widget.
  3. Paste the link and share the Pod.
