Personalisation is the difference between winning and losing.

As trumpet CRO Ollie Sharpe explained in our recent webinar 47% Win Rates and the Future of Buyer Enablement:


“According to Forrester, personalised persona specific content leads to 20% higher win rate and 30% faster sales cycle.”

The data is clear:

  • 73% of buyers expect a tailored experience from the very first contact
  • Three-quarters of B2B buyers rank relevant content at each stage as the top purchase driver
  • Dumping all content upfront slows deals instead of building confidence

Together with Koen Stam, Director International at Personio, Ollie explored how tailoring content to personas and drip-feeding it through the sales cycle creates momentum, trust and better results.
