Forget about Zoom and Google Meets - With our new multi-person call feature, you can launch into quick, informal discussions right within your Pod (think Slack huddles meets digital sales rooms). Connect with your customers directly where the deal is happening... your Pod. It’s collaboration, centralisation and tech-stack consolidation on steroids.

Bring the chat to life with voice and video notes

On average a buyer only spends 5% of their time with you, so we've introduced some awesome new ways to bring life to, and streamline communication, between you and your prospect/customer.

Both of you can now send snappy voice notes and personalised videos back and forth to keep the convo flowing in a way that suits your prospect best; comments, annotations, voice notes or video…we're all about making interactions more personal and efficient 🤝

AI-powered transcriptions

You and your prospect can now use our AI-powered summaries of your Pod voice notes and video messages. So, if you're in the middle of something but want to see what a prospect has said, just read the quick summary and the transcription and fire back a reply.

Two-way document sharing & status

You can now exchange docs/files between you and your buyer/customer straight from within your new collaboration area. Let’s say you @Mention a customer asking them to upload a document you need, you can then mark that thread as ‘in progress’. Once they've uploaded it, then hit ‘resolved’ to close the loop.  

Keep tabs on micro-actions at a glance, it's like having a mini Mutual Action Plan right in the comment threads.

Answer questions with screen recordings

Got a prospect who's asked to see a certain part of your product, or a customer who perhaps wants to flag a bug or needs help with something? With Screen Share in your comments section, you or your customer can fire up a screen recording right in the chat. Who needs Loom 👀

This is an awesome feature for CS teams to make customer back and forths more efficient and collaborative, and for AEs to answer prospects’ questions and show off product micro-demos on the fly (without having to juggle multiple tools).

And the cherry on top… You can annotate all of this to a specific point in your Pod for extra context.
