We have some news.
Trumpet has been ranked #28 on the Sifted 100: UK & Ireland Leaderboard for 2026, a list that recognises the 100 fastest-growing startups across the region.
We're proud of this. But more than that, we want to use this moment to tell you how we got here. And where we're going.
It started with a broken status quo
When we founded trumpet, the problem wasn't hard to see.
Revenue teams, the people responsible for winning deals and retaining customers, were working harder than ever and still losing. Not because they lacked effort or talent, but because the tools underneath them were fundamentally broken.
Sales ran decks and chased email replies. Customer success lived in spreadsheets. RevOps fought CRMs. Every handoff meant lost context. Every deal had a different thread, a different tool, a different source of truth. Buyers were confused. Sellers were blind. And "intelligence" had become just another dashboard nobody had time to check.
The industry called it "Sales Enablement." We called it chaos.
We built a different kind of company
From the beginning, trumpet was built on a simple belief: revenue teams don't need more tools, they need one connected workspace.
One place where content organises itself around deals. Where buyers and sellers collaborate in real time. Where every engagement signal (a view, a click, a comment) turns into insight that actually helps a rep know what to do next.
We called this Intelligent Revenue Collaboration. A category we didn't inherit. We defined it.
Our product, Pods, gave revenue teams a shared digital workspace for every deal: from first outreach through onboarding and renewal. Not a deck to email. Not a portal to forget about. A live, intelligent space that evolves as deals do.
What followed exceeded what any of us expected.
What the numbers showed us
As more teams adopted trumpet and ran their deals through Pods, we started seeing patterns in the data that were genuinely surprising.
- Deals where mutual action plans were included had 2x the win rate.
- Pods with personalised branding saw 56% higher win rates.
- When buyers returned to a Pod more than three times, sales cycles dropped by a third.
…The data kept confirming it: when you remove friction, bring the right people together, and give them the right signals at the right time, deals move faster and close more often.
We weren't just building software.
We were building a new way for revenue teams to work.
The growth behind the ranking
The Sifted 100 measures growth. And we've grown fast. But the metric we're most proud of isn't a ranking.
It's the thousands of sales and customer success teams across the UK, Europe, and beyond who choose trumpet to run their revenue motion. It's the reps who close faster, the CS managers who retain more, and the RevOps leaders who finally have a single source of truth for every deal.
It's the customers who pushed back on our product, challenged our assumptions, and made trumpet better than we could have made it alone.
What's next
The market is moving. Revenue tech is converging. The old world of siloed tools and scattered signals is ending. Teams who want to win are realising they need more than visibility. They need coordination.
Trumpet is building the intelligent layer that makes that possible: where enablement, collaboration, and intelligence don't just coexist; they work as one.
We've got a lot more to ship. And we're just getting started.
